Description
The 10m CEE cable drum, consisting of a special rubber mixture for continuous loads, is ideal for continuous outdoor use thanks to the IP44 protection class and the robust RN cable. The rubber cable drum for professional use with 3 splash-proof protective contact sockets with self-closing covers, CEE plugs and 2 CEE sockets is resistant to various oils, greases, petrol and acids, UV and ozone radiation. The camping cable drum also convinces with the following properties:

- A minimum cross-section of 2.5mm is specified for the connection of caravans and motor homes with a rated current of 16A.

In the case of the X-Gum, the decision was consciously made in favour of the shape of a simple cable reel with a reel body made of a special rubber compound, which, apart from the socket insert, is made of a single casting. This ensures the compact, stable and lightweight design. - The correct connection cable is so-called heavy rubber hose cable with the cable designation H07RN-F (or equivalent).
- Rubber cables are protected against petrol, oils and other liquids, are insensitive to the effects of weather and UV radiation and, unlike hard plastic, do not become porous.
- The continuous maximum length of 25 m cable (+/- 2 m) for connecting the caravan must not be exceeded.
- With cable drums, the cable must always be completely unrolled when in use!
